Exclamation 2001 PT Cruiser Error Codes 1193 and 0320

Hello, My father and I have been trying to get this car running, the old engine had a cracked head so we replaced the engine, the engine is all in and turns over but does not start or get any spark/power to the coil at all. I checked the codes and its giving me p0320 and p1193 Now i had the 0320 gone for about 5 minutes, it came back so im hoping one problem fixes the other.

I read online at the DIY PT thread and saw the 1193 pop up, I've tried alot of things to fix this error but nothing seems to work, I could really use a helping hand here because we need this car up and running ASAP so if you have any ideas on fixing the 1193 error, please let me know.

Were kind of stumped on what this actually means, if anyone has any clues? I think that may be our problem...
