Default Clutch Bleeding

I am having trouble shifting when my car gets to operating temperature.
I have replaced the bushings but have the same problem, It seems if I pump up the clutch, I can shift better........I was told that I need to bleed the clutch .......My reservoir is full.......how do I bleed the clutch? Thanks for any help!
