Help no spark 2002 pt cruiser

When i hooked up the test light to the positive and the blue /tan wire i am not getting anything so far..... And the brown /yellow wire has very dim light

The positive is on solid and the PCM grounds the coil over and over to get your spark, so yes, it will flicker as you're turning the engine over. If there is no ground and the wire is good, it is either your PCM (very rare and you've replaced yours) or an input to the PCM is the problem (like cam or crank or they're out of sync).

well i checked the timing ...it dead on.. so its not that.
if there isnt enough fuel pressure would it do what its doing.. or could the computer be no good?

Are you missing power or ground?

i am missing ground to what seems like cylinder 2 and 3
