Default Cylinder Head Guide Dowels

I have been reading the forums for a couple of weeks now, and some of you helped me out last time I had a tranny problem on my PT... Over the last 5 days of a lot of stop and go work I have finally removed the cylinder head to change out the gasket (btw the info on this forum was a lot of help when I got to the tricky spots), I just gave the head to a machine shop to true it up if needed... But I have one worry about the whole thing: when I finally got to the head there was only one guide dowel (and none were stuck in the head either). How many should there be? and where?

Ignore arrows. Passengers rear of deck and Driver's front.
The PN for the 2.0 is:
4448856 $4.25
Here's a 'front' (Crank snout) view, you can see the larger holes
