Default Where to find used turbo units online?

Hi Guys,

I have an '04 Pt Cruiser Turbo (non-GT) with ~118,000 miles on it. The turbo just crapped out and I was wondering if there were any places online that sold used turbo units as I don't want to buy a new one. Thanks.

Ebay, SRT Forums - Dodge SRT Forums - SRT4, SRT6, SRT8, SRT10 and Dodge Forum (SRT4 uses same turbo) Pretty much any PT forum.

SRTForums and local SRTForums.

Also PTCruiserlinks or PTCrew.

I just recently sold a working turbo for $80. Stock turbo's generally go for 90-120 unless freshly rebuilt.

Don't buy stuff you don't need such as an entire turbo setup which will include an exhaust manifold.

What you might want to look into though is getting a new set of lines to the turbo. Your old ones might've clogged and that's what made your turbo crap out.

Use only FULL SYNTHETIC oil! Do not start boosting immediately on a cold/dry turbo, and always let the turbo cool down upon arriving to your destination.
