What is the mileage and does it turn over and won't catch or won't turn over at all.

Car has about 50 k on it, turns over very nice doesn't sound like it has any weak spots in it while turning over, don't hear anything abnormal when trying to start it,... :/

That's why I was asking about the mileage but it is a 2007. Not saying he/she couldn't have put a lot of miles on in 4 years.

It's awfully low fuel mileage for a new fuel pump as most PT's never need to change it and since you just put it in, I'd check pump fuse and fuel pressure since you already checked spark.

Fuse is #13 in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) under the hood.

Good call, I know I have 40 psi at the pump ( old one only had 29) but not sure how much at the rail, I will have to double check that, btw any idea how much psi a pt should have? 40 still seems a wee bit low to me

According to Haynes, 53 to 63 psi

You answered before I did. Sounds like you found your problem.
