I bought one from NAPA. I bought the shroud and all.
I had to undo the top of the rad support I think to do it.
You can also just buy the fan motor. Its way cheaper.

Are you talking about an after market fan that's completely different from the OEM fan, or just a replacement fan from an after market source?

Since your saying you need the fan size and wiring instructions, I take it you mean something different than the OEM. Why? The OEM fan does a perfect job of keeping everything cool is both speeds are working. Like chigger_ns just said, you can by just a new motor, or you can actually fix the old motor or eBay sells the whole fan and support shroud for under $100.

I purchased a car that had been wrecked in the front. Radiator and fan were destroyed. Replaced the Rad and need a fan, figured that if there were an aftermarket unit with better cfm I would get it.

OK, but like I said, the OEM fan for under a hundred dollars with the shroud does a great job if it's working properly.

If you search on eBay for "pt cruiser fan" it comes up with all the fans for different years and some after market ones also.
