My 2007 Cruiser has a problem with the headlight when I to turn it on with the multi switch handel.. Its a car with a daylight module.

Problem is when i turn it on, that normaly in the evenings to get the, dashboard light, it is only the light in the driver side that works.. the wirering must be ok to the lamps, it works when I start the car both headligths works perfect. I have also tryed out a new Multiswitch arm, it was still the same problem..

I take it your in Canada since the U.S. models don't have the DRL (Daytime Running Lights).

Since you've already tried the simple things like the bulb and a new Multi-function Switch (MFS), the only thing left to to trace down the wiring to the cluster connections.

Our repair manual don't have the wiring diagrams for the DRL's and only have a short paragraph to explain how they work.

Yeah, that's why I asked about the bulb. Most people assume that because the DRL's work the headlights should work too,but the DRL's use the turn signal bulbs so they will work even if the headlight bulb is bad.

Im just thinking, the DRL is working ok. when i turn on the car light works perfekt on both side as it shut, it is only when i try to turn the Multifunktion swich on, to low beam light posistion it wont work, high beam works ok.
Is there a seperat relay or somthing that controls the power to the lowbeam headlights?

It's ALL done using the muti-function switch but you said you tried out a new switch.
