Default cam shaft specs??

i am attending universal technical institute currently and i plan to build a custom pt cruiser turbo engine into a SLEEPER. i want factory engine, turbo everything. what are the specs on the factory camshaft? whats the lift on the exhaust and the intake lobes? i plan on just going to a junk yard and getting a turbo engine and rebuild it. everything. boring the cylinders new and bigger pistons everything. what do you guys think or wanna had to my thought. believe me with your ideas on my pt now i do most of the upgrades and visuals that most of u say about. i love everyone ideas and help on here!

ive tried and i think the first time i went on there it was really different than this and couldnt find my answer so i said screw it. but i do believe what your saying about there info. it was probably one of my crabby days i was having so i just said never mind. but if you could inform me or brief me on any thing you know about the cam let me know. i personally just like this site alot more that ptcrew. easier to find and search stuff. no offense to the site or the guys over there

There are at least three guys that put a turbo on a 01-02 N/A like yours. One in Florida (chris15), the other in Michigan (low_pt),and the other here in Long Island(RallyD). So probably you can ask them.
Check out this thread, it talks a lot about your future plans:

You need to get in touch with a guy that goes by total sleeper. I think he had the most hp of any cruiser (close to 600HP)

Last i heard he went through some personal issues but his car domain page is here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/250314...cruiser/page-1

I love his exterior thoughts! he took my thought! Lol but I had planned to do the same exterior design with the bumpers! Oh well. But yea nothing against him or u but I want factory engine just mechanical and internal engine is changing.

Sorry for the delay guys-- don't get on much anymore.

The info that I have here pertains to the OEM camshafts in the 2.4L:

Camshafts of post-hardened nodular cast iron provide a 236 degree intake duration and a 240 degree exhaust duration. The intake cam centerline is 113 degrees ATDC, the exhaust is 110 degrees BTDC, with 15 degrees of overlap. Intake valve lift is 0.33 inches (8.25 mm) and exhaust valve lift is 0.26 inches (6.5 mm).

Go to Turbo section on Neons.org and READ.

Same engine, 2.4 swapped (srt comes w/ 2.4) all the time
