In fixing my '02 a few weeks ago, I ran into this problem. It derived from the fact that Chrysler switched from 33mm wheel bearings to 39mm that model year. Do you know which you have? I ended up having to buy a remanufactured axle to fit my new 33mm bearing/hub assembly. If you get one of the new axles designed to fit the 39mm bearing/hub, the shaft is too long, and it won't tighten down without adding spacers. I didn't want to do that. There is a thread I started on lower control arms, where these guys helped me out, that goes into it more. If you have the 33mm bearings, you might have to look up parts for an '01.

You use whatever bearing your car already has. And you won't know that until you get it apart. If I had to guess, the axle you show is for a 39mm bearing. I bought one like that and had to take it back. But 39mm is suppose to be more common, so you might be ok.
