Default code P0700 pt cruiser 20002

my pt cruiser is not faulty, at least I did not detect fails (in town).
only when it comes to grab 60millas highway and turn on the check engine, once you slow down (still no check engine caught me) 60 miles to 45 or so, just release the throttle and pulling like a very mild but I feel it and get caught the focus again. and then I turn on the light Commencing on the board,

60millas arriving or more, turn on the light (check enine)

also,I feel not enter the third change, revolutionizes up to 3000.

Engine 2.4. automatic transmission

please help

hola

He is saying that he had his transmission repaired before. He got the code p0700 one time when he was doing 60 mph on the highway and it wouldn't shift to third gear and the RPM went up to 3000. Another time he was doing 60 mph and let go the gas and he felt some kind of "kick" from the transmission and again got the p0700. He is trying to find out if may be a bad solenoid pack.
