Default exhaust question

So on a N/A pt can you use a cat-back system that was designed for a turbo? would it even make a difference?

It all depends on the size...if is a 2.25" it's good, because N/A PT need back pressure. For sure a 3" is no good, but I'm not 100% sure about a 2.5"

For the NA it's best to stick with the stock 2.25 system or an aftermarket 2.25 system.

One cheap upgrade is to use a stock turbo exhaust on a non-turbo.
A turbo exhaust on a non-turbo will be louder than on teh turbo because the turbo muffles the sound.

Only problem with that is the NA needs the backpressure, part of the reason for the smaller tuned exhaust.
