Default Codes after installing new fan

I recently installed a new fan on my 2002 Cruiser (2.4L).
After installation was complete, I tried to start it, but nothing. Tested the starter and got nothing. Replaced the starter and still nothing but starter tested good.
Switched out the horn relay with the starter relay and it started right up. The problem I have now is this:
The RPM's are not steady. I have three codes (P0117, P1192, & P1496) I looked these up but it appears that they all refer to low 5v input. My temp gauge is dead but I can do the gauge test and it moves up to the middle. I cannot find anyone who has had this issue before. Does the 5v supply come from the computer and is it possible that part just shorted out? This is all very strange because I had the battery out the whole time I was performing the work.
Any help would be appreciated.
