Default I have pigeons somewhere!

Here is one that has me totally confused. I just noticed that there is a strange sound that seems to be coming from the right front area of the engine compartment, or from underneath. Hard to say, as sound travels, especially when your driving.
It happens when I ease off on the accelerator pedal about a quarter to half an inch. I can hear a sound like a pigeon cooing, and it just for a second or two.
Any ideas where to start looking?
All suggestions are appreciated.....

Ditto...but even if it's not, could possibly be a vacuum leak???

Yes it is a Turbo!
I just had the Turbo replaced, so it's possible there may be a vacuum leak.
That should be easy to check, as all the lines are accessible.
Any line in particular I should focus on?
I appreciate the input.
