Default Another Overheat PT

Hello all I have 2002 Pt 175000 miles on him. Its over heating had the radiator rodded out it was plugged up50%.
The fan motor only works some times when it works it runs just fine nice and cool .I have changed the relays HELP lol
I did test the fan with the battery test I can get it to work again sometimes only one speed.

You've already diagnosed your problem. Replace the fan motor. Rebuild the motor itself, buy a new fan motor or buy the whole assembly from eBay.

you knwo i can tell you how many people will post that they replace the relys and or rebuilt the motor and or replaced the brushes and still have a prob its just way easier to me to spen the $100 get a new fan put it in and go on driving---I guess im not really sure why fixing the old fan dosent work btu it seems like it verry seldon works that way

Replaced my fan assembly earlier this week. Just follow the sticky that Crewzin posted and it is an easy fix. Took me about an hour and a half.
