pls help, crank position sensor

Default pls help, crank position sensor

hey guys and girls im new to the pt cruiser family, and im having problems already, the car cut off on me while driving today, after hooking up a scan tool, i threw codes for the camshaft sensor , and the crankshaft position sensor, i found the cam sensor but im having trouble locating the crank position sensor,please help, some sites say its on the back autozone says its on the front, any way i have a 2007 2.4 non turbo

Yours is on the front, next to the starter BUT I've never seen a PT needing both the Cam and Crankshaft sensors at the same time.

Does the PT drive at all? What kind of mileage do you have? If it's high (anywhere nearing 100K), you might have broke the timing belt.
