Default hard start when cold

Oh wise ones, I have an 04 Touring with Turbo. When starting while cold

(usually first thing in the AM) it typically won't start until the second

attempt. It turns over but won't fire. There are no codes and almost always

starts fine for the the rest of the day. Plugs were replaced along with

throttle body cleaning approx 10,000 miles ago. Mileage is 85,000. ideas?

It was done by a mechanic. I'd need to check invoice.

See if he changed the plug wires also. They do go bad.

Mopar wires, so I assume they're original. Any specific brand suggested?

In my Toyota Camry I had that same issue and it was the cold start relay it's what makes the injectors fire when it's cold. It would always crank right up on the 2nd try and always on the first when warm out. It was an easy fix but I'm not sure how Chrysler does it.
