Default Stalls after start and loss of power

This is crazy car 03 turbo with 98k(turbo was replaced at 70k) was running fine till my mechanic put the front on the lift(didnt raise the whole car) to fix ball joint. Later when i went to start it didnt want to start or stalls after start. Frist start in the morning is great fires fine till the 3rd or 4th tims then gives me problems and im also lossing power mosly on hills. We rplaced the coil last week and the plugs and wires are all new as well. Cam sensor was replaced a few months ago. I dont remeber what the codes where but it was 02 sensor and 4th cyl missfire. Anyone?

So you know the codes 38 (02 sensor) and 394 (4th cylinder). The other is P1188:

Non-boost Mode: PCM detects a significant difference between TIP Sensor signal and BARO Pressure signal.

Boost Mode: The TIP Sensor is unable to read correct boost level.

Possible causes include:

Hoses and Tubing
Vacuum Supply to Surge Solenoid
Solenoid Test #1
Solenoid Test #2
Solenoid Test #3
Solenoid Test #4
Turbocharger
Wastegate Actuator

Sounds like the mechanic might have loosened something, maybe a hose or vacuum line while on that lift. A loose or broken vacuum line will bring more air into the engine and maybe set off the 02 sensor. On the No#4 misfire, change the #4 plug by putting it on No#2 cylinder and see if the code changes. Clear the code by taking off the negative battery cable for a few minutes.
