Default Jet Chip for 2.4 in Jeep Liberty... can we use it

I see JET Chips has a performance chip for the 2.4 litre in the Jeep Liberty...

Will it work for us PT types?

Anyone know? Anyone hazard a guess?

Jet has a control module for the PT Cruiser.

BTW, here's a review that MX-5 wrote on the Jet Control Module:

This 5-wire black box intercepts the throttle position and manifold vacuum signals. It send new signals that call for more fuel and timing advance. Sounds good, 'eh?

I tried to give zero stars, but the rating system won't let me.
PLease read the single star as a big ZERO.

Well here's the real deal.

Those sensors and signals are only read up to 80% throttle. After that, the PCM reverts to a pre-programmed fuel and timing strategy.

So this $200 box adds only a few horsepower during mid-throttle and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at full throttle.
Isn't that what you were looking for in the first place?

I've heard rumors that it has since been discontinued. Go figure?

You know, I did a lot of testing of the Jet module.
I recorded and graphed the datastream with a scanner for weeks to be sure it didn't add any full throttle horsepower.
1/4 mile track times were identical with or without the Jet.
The only consistant change was a check engine light and a trouble code for the MAP sensor out of range.
