I bought a silencer for my .38 specail...

Really, how do you remove both silencers. I had already removed the white cylinder one. Where is the other one.

There are three: the white one, the one built into the snorkel, and the one built into the airbox-to-turbo downpipe. Search for more details. See my CarDomain site for a pic of the removed snorkel.

But mine is not a turbo.
