Cool misses bad, no power on hills and oil on plugs

A few months ago I had timing belt replaced after it broke it has had a slight miss since then but car wasn't smoking and had plenty of power so I didn't worry bout since the miss was small but a couple weeks ago it started missing bad and it has No power on hills but on level ground if I mash the gas it takes off with plenty of power and no miss so i cleaned iac valve and throttle body and didn't change anything so I checked the spark plugs and 3 of them were covered and dripping oil and car is still not smoking so I guess it maybe tube seals and maybe the miss is egr valve but not sure how to check it or know where it's at on pt cruiser just let me know what you may think what's causing problemnd how to fix thank you

Could be the grease monkey who filled engine was over exuberant with oil fill, and leaked into s-plug tubes. Happened to Neons LOTS, PT they made the well a little deeper, but still can happen

Perhaps it's the seals as you suggest. I'm not sure how else oil would get in there

Hey uptownsport i seen in another post where you posted bout resistance in plug wires for pt cruiser and i was wondering what you think bout my readings on my old wires and new wires I'm not sure which cylinder they came off of but my old wires were molar But the reading were mopar 6780, 2230, 3650, 2260 and my new wires are autolite 97060 and there readings are 11130, 4200, 4200, 9290, i was wondering if i should keep mopars or put on autolites or exchange for a different set

Factory says resistance should be in 2-3k range, IIRC (Harddrive broke, no longer haves FSM!!!)

My big worry is too little resistance, not too much!
Modern ignitions will blast across alot of resistance!

I'd suggest Standard Motor Products, or just pulling wire at Junkyard if you have an out of range one. Ensure interior of boots and plug's ceramic are dry

I'm on a budget and trying to sell this pt so that's why I'm asking and it seems like I should just stick with the molars since they run from 2k to 6k and new autolites I just bought run from 4k to 11k I don't really want to put wires on the pt thats not going to make a difference before I sell so should I go with the mopars or supplied or return supplied and hope I get better ones
