Default P0420 help

P0420 Catalyst System Low Efficiency
Having this error message, any help with what it means and what i need to do is appreciated.

Not an emissions expert, but downstream oxygen sensors only job is to check catalyst's efficiency.

Seems in this case it's done so, (Whether accurately or not is debatable) and is reporting the 'cat' is no longer efficient.

You could simply ignore it, and assume sensor is the problem.

I would Start with changing the o2 sensor with a OEM from Chrysler.
