Default Manifold pressure sensor problem and misfiring

Iv got a 2006 pt cruiser 2.4L non turbo, when ever I hit the gas,it doesn't move smoothly and jerks when I try 2 force it.It doesn't go over a 100km/hr and doesn't rev smoothly.I have changed the fuel pump twice and don't know what else to do.I'm in desperate need of some professional help.

First, I'd suggest you do the 'Key dance', it should be in the how-to link in my signature.
Please report back what you've found.
I'm also wondering why you mentioned the "Manifold pressure sensor " as a
problem. Specific name is 'MAP' sensor.
