Default Oxygen sensor & idle air control - MOPAR or aftermarket

'01 non turbo - I plan to replace the oxygen sensor and idle air control. I've read recently on this forum that MOPAR electrical parts are superior than aftermarket. Does this apply to these two items as well? Does anyone have experience or advise?

IMHO, from what I have read here and listened to, when it comes to ANY kind of electronic sensor/part on our PT's, always replace with OEM. Why? I don't know, just took the advice and never had a problem. Asked Mater many times about it but never got an answer other than "Purring" so I never took the chance on aftermarket.

I've used BOSCH 02 sensors on both up and downstream and never had a problem. I'm usually the one who tells everyone to use MOPAR electrical parts but don't think the 02 sensors fall into that category. Not sure about the IAC, but it is electrical and I would use only MOPAR for that one if I had to change it.

The reason for the MOPAR/Chrysler parts (as I understand it) is that after market parts are made to look and work like OEM parts but are made cheaply from inferior parts and either don't work at all or don't last very long because of the cheap material they are made from.
