Splice point?? Help please !

Default Splice point?? Help please !

Has anyone heard about chryslers shortcut in prodcution on these cars about connecting three wires from the solenoid and 2 other things to the transmission? If so where is located?

No body on this forum has talked about it. The only splice I know of is ONLY for the 2001 and 2002 auto trans PT's called the Shift Burp Modification. That had nothing to do with production and the idea was thought up from an expert mechanic named MX-5. Did that one myself.

The wiring diagram is available online, or you can get a hardcopy FSM from dealer or e-bay

See links 'useful documents' in my sig, thread's author may have a 'line' on how to
get an electronic copy.

The FSM (either hardcopy or electronic) shows every single splice point in excruciating detail.

excruciating detail is right... I bought it and only wanted to know the 'pinout' of the wires in the a pillar, still cant find it.. PM me and I'll email it to you.

The splice you are referring to is actually has to do with the 3.3 trans, primarily in the van. Not sure if it's conspiracy or real. Never researched it that far.
