Like Xtrm said, its normal but check in the bottom of your air filter box and clean up any oil accumulation that might be in there. It comes from the oil-born air from the crankcase and is normal for all cars. It's the nature of the beast. You can put a catch-can in the PCV hose exiting the cam cover but that is overkill if you're just a normal, everyday PT driver.

Dunn, mine had oil inside, too. I just like to think that it gives my valves a little extra lubrication. It makes me deal with the issue, anyway.

I think it comes from the PVC valve, though. In fact, when I changed my PVC valve the extraordinary oil consumption I had had since about 2005, became a thing of the past. Now I lose only a half quart between oil changes (3000 miles). Before the new PVC valve I'd use a good quart per thousand miles.

So if you think that oil is way too much on the inside of your upper manifold--and you're using too much oil, then change your PVC valve. But if you're not using a lot of oil, just let it be.

Yeah I noticed while taking the hose of my PCV that it was loose odd I've never changed it so I tightened it it had me wondering why it'd be that loose I mean I could've taken it out by hand but I just shrugged it off and tightened it ill be checking it again soon to make sure all is well

Make sure you use a good thread sealant (suitable for plastic threads, by the way) on the PCV valve threads. And don't overtighten it (it can crack the mainfold). Also, get a new hose from the dealer (it has all the right bends and consistancy). My old hose at 75,000 miles was cracked on the ends.
