Default Remove the vacuum port to the BOV

I have been corresponding with Chris from Turbos Unleashed, and he is on a road trip right now, and his reply to my question is a bit confusing.
To check the problem I was chatting about, he said the "Remove the vacuum port to the BOV". Is the vacuum port the vacuum line? I am not sure, and can't seem to find an internet answer when I use that statement in a search.
Can someone give me the answer, and if it isn't the vacuum line, then possibly a photo of what we are talking about.
Thanks

If it is the vacuum line, then should the line be blocked off after it's removed?

Since we don't know what the REAL ENTIRE problem is that took you to Turbo's unleashed to begin with, then we are flying blind when we try to answer your question. Do you see what I am saying. Apparently, your bov question is concerning only part of his reply to your question to him. He can't be the only employee there (yes, I know he is the owner) that has the appropriate knowledge to finish answering or at least further explain what you had origionally asked.

If I were you and didn't understand his answer, I would simply tell him, or another knowledable employee, "I don't understand. Could you clarify this"?

I appreciate your comments, but I just wanted to make it as brief as possible, because we had discussed the reason in detail. It was only the way it was worded that was confusing.
I would have said "remove the vacuum line" as to me a, "port" means something different. A port to me is more of a fixed item, where a vacuum line is not.
Anyway, I believe I have the answer.
Regards
