Thank you, can you find out when this plug will be out?

let me know about the plug number.

OK,
I'll have 8 of them in my hands within a week.
Before I get a case, I had better have them pre-sold.
They are packaged in sets of 4.

I pulled a few strings to get them, now let's see what happens.

So does that mean the OE plug in the PT varies on the shoulder design from the Neon/Stratus, or that the NGK design does not match any of them? I don't want to use a plug that has a different shoulder design. This can lead to broken plugs, chewed-up heads, and if the boost gets high enough, maybe worse.

I agree - why take a risk? What's wrong with the Champion Platinums?

OK SRTgurl,

I now have the NGK plugs you asked for.
I was out of the office all last week when they arrived UPS.

They are a V-groove standard copper plug that will fit the 2001 & newer 2.4L PT and Neon engines (along with the V-6 in the Caravan).

I'll post a picture of them soon.

I'll get a cost for you as soon as I get the UPS billing total from my purchasing dept.

There are several hundred of these in the California warehouse.
I received 8 of them as a trial run.

Any way to post a side-by-side pic with the standard Champions in the 2.4L Turbo?

Here's the photos.
http://ptenthusiasts.org/PTForums/sh...247#post480247

I had to shrink them very small to get them on the PTE site for free.
If anyone wants to host the large files, let me know where to e-mail them. You can post them for me.

The NGK has a V-groove tip, but is a standard copper plug.
The Champion #440 that comes stock in every 2.4L PT engine is shown with the #7440 double platinum and the NGK #4306, LZTR5A-13 plug.
