I have a 2001 PT CRUISER that i recently paid a shop to replace the cylinder head after the previous owner overheated the car and cracked the head. The mechanic now tells me he can't get the car to start and he doesn't think i should invest any more money in the car. He says the engine will only turn over a couple of times and than stops. He also says the starter is drawing a lot of amps and the coil is not firing. He says it could be a computer problem and the car has three of them that all have to be in sync. I only gave 700.00 for the car and have spent another 900.00 on it. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
