Default Non running 2.4 Ltd

Hi this is my first post Wondering if anyone can help ???
Went over a large concrete block which damaged the sump which lost its oil The car did not go much further than 200 yards the Pulled over and the story begins!!
Got recovered and poppy went to the garage to be fixed , Firstly a brand new sump had a oil filter as well as seemed stupid not to . The mechanic couldn't make it fire so checked the spark and fitted a new coil still nothing , Had the ecu re set and still nothing checked the compression it is between 75-90 put oil down the bore and it only raised about 5 lb so nothing to write home about .
I have fitted a new crank sensor today which despite reading various threads is at the front of the engine but with a vanity mirror with a led light on located it below the starter it was a nightmare to fit having hands like shovels however its done but success I thought as now its firing in a manner the rev counter is going upto .5 but only on the key I am getting the ecu re set again but any ideas or tips would be much appreciated or will this sort out my problem ??

Sounds like running without oil damaged something- This wouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

wild guess would be seized camshaft
