Default Hesitation

I got a 05 Stage 1 and love the car, just a couple of days ago when I was getting on the freeway I notice around 3500 Rpm that is start to stutter, I don't show any engine codes so I am thinking it need a tune up or is there anything else it could be.

Stage 1 so I assume turbo? Kind of not enough info here to answer. What kind of fuel to you use, what kind of oil are you using, how well maintained is it, what other mods do you have,..... there are too many questions to ask to suggest a good solution....

Yeah its the Stage 1 turbo HO edition, I use the 91 Octane since that is all we have here in Utah. Its running Synthetic Oil, and from what I have notice so far is its got the K&N cold air intake system, and a hurst short throw shifter so far. What it feels like is when I am driving normal and go into the high RPM its doesn't do to bad but When I go WOT is when I notice it states to stutter around the 3000-4000 rpm area. I know turbos are a little different I am more use to roots style chargers so turbos I'm still getting use to.

There have been lots of posts about ignition parts and spark plug gaps. How old and the brands would be helpful.
