Exclamation 02' Serpentine belt change Help!

So today after school I start my car and I hear a loud a cracking noise in my engine area. After inspecting I couldn't find any problems, soon after I realized I lost my power steering. Went back home put power steering fluid still the same problem. Raised my car and saw a dead chipmunk hugging my loose serpentine belt....

-I need help replacing the belt, I looked online it doesn't seem all that hard, but is there help with pictures/videos on the site? They help a lot!!

Thanks in advance!

Buy a Hayne's Manual. They show pics and tell you what to do. The manual is not expensive.

if its a two belt serp system they are pretty easyly done... the belt on the rear drives the alt. there is a 13 or 15 mm bolt that locks the alt in position. then there is a 13 mm adjusting bolt that you loosen to be able to remove it. since the powersteering and a/c belt have an auto tensioner u will need to use a tensioner wrench that is a 3/8 drive or u can use a long pry bar if carefull. u have about 2" of clearance to be able to get into the belt. ya i know not much wiggle room. its actually really really easy to do. just look close at your belt routing and it goes pretty fast. makes it easier if you remove right front tire and
plastic wheel shroud and do it from the bottom...

If you still haven't found the images you're looking for I can help. My belt squeals when I start it so I have to check my belts. I'll post some pictures as a walk through if needed I'm constantly having to change belts for some reason so this job is cake. Just let me know if you need the pics.

Hey CREWZIN, what's a good procedure for setting the tension on the alternator belt? My service manual has this elaborate procedure using a special tool that listens to the vibration tones of a properly tensioned belt. Of course, I don't have such a fancy tool , so what's a good compromise?
