Getting real tired of this car.

Default Getting real tired of this car.

Every year i have to work on my ac unit...this year im so confused i dont know which way to turn. I have an 07 the blend door is opening and the fan is coming on but straight hot air and the lines are getting ice cold....any help would be greatly about 1 more screw up away from rebuilding this whole system.

If they're really ice cold, try replacing the low pressure (recycling) switch located on top of the accumulator. You don't loose and R134 when replacing it but you got to be careful as there's a tiny "o" ring that you don't want to squash when your tightening the new one down.

yeah they are icing up to be exact....seems like something aint coming first the blend door wasn't it is....but at first the fan relay switch went up...replaced that...everything seemed to work fine....then the blend fiddled with that....that "seems" to be working....**crosses fingers** the lines are icing....ready to snatch my hair out
