First off, what year PT? And are you talking about the fuel pump relay?

Pre-2006 PTs have the relay in the fuse box. There's a diagram in the fuse box lid showing the location.

2006-2010 PTs do not have a fuel pump relay.

It would appear to be a 2006 based on his site name.

Your working two threads at one time. Please don't do that. You get people answering on both threads not knowing what the other has said. I'll be deleting the other thread.

Check that you didn't leave some wires loose.

Odd.

Could you see if fuel pump starts momentarily immediately after key is turn to start/run??

If PCM doesn't get crank signal it'll disable fuel pump.

As Busted said, a ground wire may have been left off or disturbed.

If you disconnected the coil pack for some reason, make sure you reconnected it. I forgot that step one time and couldn't get the car started. I was happy when I realized that was what the issue was.

Your 2006 PT does not have a fuel pump relay. As stated, make sure all the wires and connections are tight and proper.
