Default Charging system

My altenator checks out good, but I do not see the charge at the battery. I read 11.8 with an ohm/volt meter instead of 13.8 to 14.2. Any suggestions?

I find it ironic that the colors red, white, and blue stand for freedom until they are flashing behind you.

This is a test---how does the current get from your alternator to your battery?

Hint---it's shown in Crewzins illustration.

You've told us basically nothing.

What has happened recently that may have caused this?

New or old battery?

Did you cross cables when recently jumping battery?

Are cables free of build up?

Color of your PT? Please don't say red or blue or black or white?

Which of the great lakes is the largest?

Date of birth?

Sometimes you can fry fusible link-
as these guys said, Crewzin's diagram says all- and for that matter-
system is really no different than any Mopar since 1970, difference being regulator is inside PCM, not standalone.
