Last night my engine light came on (about 3 miles after i filled the tank w/ 93 octane) I checked the code this morning and it was P0129.

Those codes are for the NA PT's not necessarily the GT's.
Anyway doing a search pulled this up:
PT powered PT with:
Fully built HRC Turboed 2.4: Wiseco pistons, T2 rods, Port & Polished head (Bob Special) with oversize Stainless Steel valves, #14 Crane Cams, AF/X UDP, No balance shafts, Custom 3\" downpipe, 3\" hi flow exhaust, Ported GT intake manifold, Bored Throttle Body, 30 lb injectors, Water/Alc. injection

My Scan tool says P0129 is "Low Barometric Pressure". I have this code too and am trying to find out if its the MAP sensor or if there are other sensors involved.

You've attached yourself to a 6 year old thread but I guess it goes along with what you have.

This is from PT

P0129 - Barometric Pressure Out-of-Range low

Description - MAP sensor input voltage out of an acceptable range detected during reading of barometric pressure.

There are 11 possible causes listed in the diagnostic manual. It covers 3 pages of tests to determine the cause. I've replaced several MAP sensors. It's most likely a defect in the sensor. It's something that should be fixed ASAP.
