Default What the green Schrader valve on firewall?

I noticed the other night that there was a green Schrader valve on the firewall of my daughters 04 Cruiser. I don't see it in the repair manual I have, just wondering it I could hook my fuel pressure gauge up to it to see what the pump is doing while driving?

That isn't for fuel pressure. It is for the Evaporative Emissions Components. IIRC, it is to test vacuum.

Ding Ding JenneK gets it right. It is on the line from the charcoal capture, vapor canister to the solenoid purge valve, IIRC.
The factory shop manual that I have calls it a "service port", but never explains it.
This schrader valve is deeper recessed than a motorcycle tire valve, I learned when pursuing my P0440 problem. I tried, unsuccessfully, to loosen or tighten the valve (on the salvage unit pictured below). New NVLD fixed the P0440.
