Default Are advance auto / o'rielly plug wire ok to use

I've been doing some reading on here and come to find out that the factory plug wires are crap. Where I'm confused is I read on here that I should use a 8 mm wire. All the parts stores around here carry are 7mm. They can get 8mm but they are a week our and twice the price. So do I need 8mm to make the car run top or do I just need somthing other then factory??

Also are the house brands ok or should I stick with somthing like Bosh or Denso??

Thanks
Bob

Bob,

Almost anything is better than OEM and whoever told you that you need 8mm wires ....well let's just say that you don't and leave it at that.

Cool Re: Are advance auto / o'rielly plug wire ok to use

I put the Bosch wires on mine several years ago, they work just fine and fit perfect.
