Default Rear Bump Stops (Jounce bumpers)

Can anyone tell me how the rear bump stops are installed? When my PT was up on a lift recently, I noticed that both of my rear bump stops were mostly rotted away. I didn't get a clear look on how they were mounted, and was wondering how easy they are to replace. Are there any advantages to using the urethane ones over the stock design?

Thanks, guys. I really didn't get a very good look at them while it was up on the lift. Good to know that they're that easy to replace.

They are as said here just pressure fit. I had to spray mine down with WD40 to get them out, but just one yank and out they came (no, not a person from the North! lol).

I had to shave mine down since I lowered my car. Easy cheesy.
