Default Ignition Issues (Cont)

I forgot to post the findings I am possibly ordering for my ignition switch and lock cylinder.

Below is the two parts I am looking to order but I am unsure if they are compatible with my 2006 cruiser. Most parts, ( and even youtube videos) are on the 01-05 and not the 06 beyond. I know some things changed with the refresh look, but would they seriously change the lock assembly?

Lock cylinder: Amazon.com: Dorman 924-703 Ingnition Lock Cylinder: Automotive

Ignition Switch Actuator Pin: Amazon.com: Dorman 924-704 Ignition Switch Actuator Pin for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep: Automotive

Because the '06 and up is on the CAN buss system, ANYTHING electrical, myself, I would not put on my PT unless it specifically states it works on the '06 and up models.

Any additional loading to the CAN buss system will most definitely cause you all kinds of oddball issues. Voice of experience talking!

The peaces you shown us doesn't have any electrical parts so makes no difference about the can buss.
