I used the Bosch +4 in my wife's PT and took them out after a few weeks, because of poor idle.

I ran the Plus2 plugs for a while and they weren't that good. Poor idle quality and for a platinum plug they only lasted about 30k miles... I would just go for a set of regular plugs, a decent set of plug wires if you haven't changed them and also gap the plugs to about 0.040

I have been running the Bosch wires from Autozone for a long time with good results.

@rcktpwrd,

Thanks. Those are about all that were compatible (maybe two other brands) really not much choice for 2009 n/a but for 2008 I found many more choices.

You'll see this all the time from manufacturers/suppliers. There's nothing different about the '08 to '09 plugs but the knuckleheads who write the parts guides don't update very often. That's why forums like this are a valuable resource for valid info.

I agree.
For a n/a PT Cruiser the wires should all be the same for all years, the wires for a turbo are probably the same too.
