Default Engine/vehicle "shudder" in 2nd gear?

Have a 2005, auto trans, 2.4L w 39,000 miles.

When accelerating from a dead stop, vehicle/motor pulls/accelerates nicely in first gear, when 2nd gear kicks in, vehicle/motor seems to struggle/shutter somewhat (you can almost feel it in the driver's seat), then third gear kicks in and everything is smooth again.

Have replaced wires, plugs, air cleaner, PVC valve, cleaned throttle body, and thrown a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. No check engine light or codes.

Also had lower control arm verticle bushings and right lower engine torque strut replaced as well as a new camshaft position sensor installed. Installed new radiator fan motor/assembly as well.

Have any idea what it could be? Are these PTC's just a bit under powered and I'm just feeling the 2.4L motor struggle a bit?

Thank you so much,
George in Pa.

Problem was bad driver's side, drive axle shaft not engine mounts or torque struts if that helps anybody.
