Default How To Check Rear Suspension?

I have a clunk coming from the rear of my 2006 PT whenever I go over some rough spots in the road.

I have a little experience with the front suspension components but absolutely none with the rear.

Can anyone here tell me what I should be checking/looking for?

Any input is always appreciated, thanks

Its in the center of the rear axle and both control arms run to it. looks like of like a dog bone with 3 bolts in it, when the center bolt becomes worn, it causes the car to get almost like a dull gong noise when you hit a bump ;-)

Thanks for the help

The center bolt or the center bushing?
How do I check it for wear?

Bolt goes through the bushing, I'm gonna guess there should be no play in it?

A very "KOOL" cent link at $400+

I will be machining up some end bars and CNCing my own center link.
Just for looks mostly.

Dont forget to check the lateral links for wear also, I just replaced my watts link last week, and found the my lateral link tie rod ends were shot as well.
