non turbo?
how many miles?
how do you drive it?
check the fluid. is it oil, or ATF?

either way, sounds like you're due for new synchros. i'd guess you either beat the piss out of that thing daily or it wore out quick due to the wrong fluid(or both).

i'm at 247k miles and mine shifts fine at redline with the gas pedal still smashed to the floor

Could be- Dragging clutch either clutch (clutch disc broke apart from marcels or warped 'flywheel' / pressure plate) or underdash adjustment will cause this too-

I've had lots of these things, synchros worn well beyond specs or not and it really didn't seem to make a diff.

The t-350 trans / shifter isn't equipped with stops, so take care to limit exuberant shifts- you can and people do bend forks.

If you're experiencing this in several gears, or get the 'clunk' when first engaging 1st / R suspect clutch related issues.

3- R synchros can be replaced with moderate-moderate high skill levels, along with ALL shift forks (These DO fail). 1-2 aren't available aftermarket, but one guy claims to be able to get them new.
