It's the Oxygen sensor at the CAT.

Just replaced it Crewzin . The light went out for a couple days then back on again . Gonna crawl under it later & check connector & wires the end of the sensor seems awfully close to the trans tunnel

My DTC guide shows it slightly different:
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
This does not indicate that the O2 sensor is the problem, even though it can be.

Now, based on my research and my collection of PT Issues, I've combined all that I can find on all DTC's along with suggestions for corrective actions. Here's what I've collected on P0141:

O2 (B1 S2) Heater Circuit Conditions: ECT Sensor less than 147F, BTS signal within 27F of ECT Sensor (cold engine); engine running at idle speed for over 12 seconds, system voltage over 10.5v and the PCM detected the O2 signal was more than 3.0v for 30-90 seconds. Possible Causes: ASD relay output (power) circuit to the heater is open O2 heater ground circuit open or O2 signal circuit is open O2 heater element has high resistance O2 heater element has failed (open or shorted) PCM has failed
