Exclamation Head and Cam Bolt Torque specs?

I am putting everything back on after replacing the head gasket. I was wondering what the Torque Specs and Sequences are for both the Head Bolts and Cam Bolts. I cant find it anywhere I am going to do it in the morning so if anyone can help tonight, I would appreciate it IMMENSELY!

ALMOST FORGOT! It is a 2005 2.4L DOHC TURBO engine.
