Default Radiator Fan

Hi, just purchased a PT (2001 auto) knowing it had the abs light problem, however just found out that the radiator is not working as it overheats when standing still.

Tried the aircon on check and nothing

tuned engine off and tried turning the fan by hand and it is solid
and does not move, not sure if this is the case or has it siezed?

many thanks Paul

the fan should move freely when manually spinning it. for less than $100 usd, get a dorman fan from rockauto. from what i've heard, they have a lifetime warranty.
