Not a lot of info here but could be as simple as dirty connection, bad battery, or bad alternator. Hope this a help.

Clean your battery terminals.
Make sure they are on TIGHT!!! and when i say tight i mean almost at the point of stripping the bolts. I once had a neon that they werent on TIGHT TIGHT. well lets say it did the same thing, and also melted my posts terminals to the top of the batttery :/

Have your battery tested, its getting colder out so it may just be drained, most places will charge it for free.

Napa, autozone, advanced auto will test that and your alternator for free, plus charge the battery at no cost.

Check your fusable links and grounds coming off the battery, trace all the wires to the ground points and see if they are corroded etc.

Hope this helps

What he said. Sounds like a corroded connection.

P0513 is an invalid SKIM key code. Do you have another security key to try and start the car with? This might also be an issue with the SKIM module in the steering column. A battery terminal 'reboot' might also straighten it out.

Agreed, try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes.

Also when its disconnected, turn the key to accessory, which will cause the vehicle to instantly drain any power that may be still inside the ECU.

After 10 reconnect the battery and try again.

The Skim also has its own fuse either in the main fuse pannel or in the larger one under the hood, check that as well, a $0.15c fuse can stop a car dead in its tracks :-)

WHEN the battery disconnected turn the key to accessory" what that mean ? i dont get it,
btw guys 2day i bought a new battery and the car starting fine but...
i did a little test
that i disconnect the + cable from the battery when the car is on
after a while if the car turned off then its a bad alternator
and yes the car after like 10 min's found it off

turning the key to accessory drains any excess power that is left in the system. Stepping on the brake pedal does the same thing. its to insure that EVERYTHING is flat dead on power, to insure a proper reset

And that doesnt always work.

Any car will die if you disconnect the battery. the alternator only take the power from the battery, circulates than recharges the battery, if it has a bad battery on it, it will not run very long, and it wont run long with no battery. Have the alternator tested at a shop.

Another good alternator tell tale sign is wait until dark. drive the car around a bit, then tap the brakes. if your headlights dim on a new battery. good sign that your alternator is toast :-)
