Default What's with AutoCraft Batteries

My original battery lasted nearly 6 years. I replace it with an AutoCraft Silver batter from Advanced Auto Parts. 18 months later it was slow cranking so the store replaced it. The new battery was dead after I went away for the holidays. It wouldn't take a charge so a one month old battery had to be replaced. At least they stand behind their warranty. I hope this one lasts.

Default Re: What's with AutoCraft Batteries

The deal with AutoCraft batteries is they are made by Johnson Controls and are not the 'top rated' batteries on the market. It does have good CCA rating, but me I looked around until I found a 26R battery with a 625 CCA, seems to turn that engine over like it was a fly....
