Watching the movie is like watching a dancer's eyes to learn how to dance.
Really, I need t know how you're supposed to remove the structural collar.
Just commenting that "Just remove the 5 bolts, and it will fall out" isn't sufficient. Any tips?

Here is exactly what the haynes manual says :-D Gonna take a while to type this all out, so you better appreciate it haha

1. Detatch the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2.Raise the front of the vehicle and place it securly on jack stands.

3. Remove the engine structural collar. *this is the illustration in the manual*

4. Disconnect electrical connectors from the starter/solenoid assembly *again the illustration from the manual which states "to detach the starter motor assembly, remove this bolt from the bellhousing side (dont forget to reattach the ground wire when installing the starter)*
photo (1).jpg

5.Remove the starter mounting bolts *another illustration*

6.Lower the starter motor assembly from the engine compartment.

7.Installation is the reverse of removal, be sure to tighten the starter mounting bolts and the structural collar bolts securely.

Sorry for the low quality of the photos, my iphone sucks :-p
